Plunger Pump Demo Apparatus Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : SCL-CELE-14192
Overview
The Plunger Pump Demonstration Apparatus
is a compact and comprehensive unit designed to study the principles,
operation, and performance characteristics of a reciprocating plunger-type
positive displacement pump.
It features a motor-driven plunger pump
mounted on a stainless steel base, complete with a water reservoir,
pulsation damper, control valves, and interconnecting pipework — forming a
self-contained circulating system.
A transparent acrylic pump head and
components allow direct observation of the suction and delivery strokes,
fluid displacement, and pulsation effects. The system includes sprung and
needle loading valves to demonstrate different flow and pressure
characteristics, while a pressure relief valve ensures safe operation.
For advanced study and data analysis, the
apparatus is equipped with electronic sensors for measuring cylinder
pressure, plunger position, outlet pressure, and cumulative flow, and can
be connected to a PC via an interface console (optional). The dedicated
software provides tools for data acquisition, processing, and real-time
graphical display.
