Flow Meters Trainer Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : SCL-CELE-14158
Overview
The Flow Meter Measurement &
Calibration Trainer is designed to study, compare, and calibrate different
types of flow meters commonly used in process and fluid mechanics applications.
The setup enables students to observe pressure losses, accuracy
variations, and performance characteristics of various meters under
identical flow conditions.
The system includes Venturi meter, Orifice
flow meter, Variable area (rotameter), and Pitot tube, all
connected in series to permit direct comparison.
A flow control valve allows flow variation, and pressure tapping
points connected to a multi-tube manometer enable precise measurement of
head losses across each device.
The trainer is mounted on a sturdy framework
and designed to work with a Hydraulic Bench (as a water source and
volumetric flow calibration unit).
Optional electronic accessories like differential pressure sensors and electromagnetic
flow rate sensors can enhance functionality and data accuracy.
