Sedimentation Tank Model Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : SCL-CELE-14174
Overview
The Sedimentation Tank Model Demonstrator
is designed to study and visualize the process of solid-liquid separation by
gravity sedimentation in a controlled laboratory environment. It allows
detailed investigation of the factors influencing the sedimentation process,
such as flow rate, baffle configuration, and suspension
concentration, while providing excellent visual access to the internal flow
conditions.
The apparatus features a transparent
acrylic sedimentation tank, ensuring clear observation of flow regimes,
short-circuiting, and dead zones. Suspensions are circulated using a variable-speed
pump, and flow meters enable accurate adjustment and monitoring of
water and suspension flow rates. A dye injection system is provided for flow
visualization and tracer studies, allowing direct comparison with idealized
flow models.
A detailed Operation & Maintenance
Manual is supplied with the unit for setup, operation, and maintenance
guidance.
Key
