Flow Boiling Demonstration Apparatus Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : SCL-CELE-13921
This trainer is a specialized, compact educational unit
designed to visually demonstrate the different phases of evaporation
(boiling) that occur inside heated pipes, simulating conditions found in
water-tube boilers. Its primary feature is the double-wall glass evaporation
pipe that allows for close observation of the process.
Core Principles and Design
- Process
Simulation: Hot water flows through an outer pipe (the hot
water circuit) to provide heat. This heat evaporates a non-toxic
liquid (which boils at 40C to 50C) flowing through the inner pipe (the evaporation
circuit).
- Observation: The full
glass design is essential for observing the change in phase from
liquid to vapor and the resulting flow patterns.
- Low-Pressure
Generation: A built-in water jet vacuum pump is used
to generate low system pressures, which allows the evaporation process to
occur at the low operating temperatures.
- Circuits:
- Hot
Water Circuit: Includes an expansion vessel, circulating
pump, and electrical heater with a thermostat.
- Evaporation
Circuit: Includes the evaporator pipe, vapor
collector, watercooled condenser, and return pipe.
System Components
The two pipe systems are clearly laid out on a metal panel
and include:
